Terms of use
These terms govern your use of aicookbook.io and the AI Cookbook service, provided by Plujo, based in Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). By using them you agree to these terms. If your organization has signed an agreement with us, that agreement governs where it differs from these terms.
Accounts and access
We set up each organization on AI Cookbook. Your organization's administrators invite people, decide what each person can see and do, and issue keys for AI tools and agents. Keep your sign-in details and keys secure: your organization is responsible for what is done with its accounts and keys. Tell us at once at hello@plujo.com if you believe one has been misused.
Early access
AI Cookbook is in early access. Features will change, some may be added or removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable while we improve it.
Acceptable use
Do not use AI Cookbook to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone else's rights, including their privacy and intellectual property;
- try to reach another organization's data, get around access limits, or probe, disrupt or overload the service;
- send spam or deceptive messages, or spread malware;
- do anything the usage policies of our AI model providers prohibit.
Your content
Your organization owns the content it puts into AI Cookbook, and what AI Cookbook produces for it. You give us permission to host, copy, process and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service for you, including sending it to the AI model providers described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to use the content you add. You can export your organization's brain at any time.
AI output
AI Cookbook uses AI models, and their output can be incomplete or wrong. Review it before you rely on it, publish it or send it. Where your organization sets a step to need approval, nothing goes ahead until someone approves it; your organization is responsible for the actions it approves and the decisions it makes.
Connected services
When your organization connects another service to AI Cookbook, its use of that service stays subject to that service's own terms. AI Cookbook acts only within the access your organization grants, and we are not responsible for the other service itself.
Fees
Fees are those in the quote your organization accepts, or otherwise agreed in writing. Figures on our pricing page and in the calculator are estimates, not an offer. The setup fee is invoiced once; the monthly plan is billed in advance, month to month, until your organization cancels. Each plan includes the AI usage described for it; if your organization's use goes well beyond that, we will talk with you before anything changes. We give at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of a plan you are on. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Our service
We own AI Cookbook, its software and its brand. These terms do not give you any rights in them beyond using the service as described here. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
Suspension and ending
Your organization may stop using AI Cookbook at any time, subject to its agreement with us. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we need to protect the service, other customers or the public; where we reasonably can, we will tell you first. When your organization's use ends, we will make its content available for export for a reasonable time and then delete it on request, apart from records we must keep.
Disclaimer
Apart from what we have agreed in writing, AI Cookbook is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to AI Cookbook is limited to the fees your organization paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of Ontario.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as AI Cookbook develops, and will change the "Last updated" date above. If a change is significant, we will tell the organizations that use AI Cookbook before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
